Security

Set up the whole organization's security preferences. Only Customeradmin role users can make changes.

Default values:

• Auto Logout: 72 hours.

• Password Expiration: 90 days.

• Multi-factor Aunthentication: Disabled.
  If Multi-factor Authentication is enabled, users can utilize a digital code sent through email and SMS to complete the login.

SAML Single Sign On

Global Admin can enable SAML SSO (Single Sign On).

1. Go to Setings > Security.

2. Activate the SAML using the Single Sign On (SSO) toggle.
   

3. Copy or download the Safety Suite metadata for setup in SAML SSO service. Click EDIT.
   

4. Input the App Federation Metadata Url of customer-owned SAML SSO service or click BROWSE to import the XML file of Metadata to gain authentication from the SAML SSO service.
   

5. Select the Use Single Sign On method to log in after configuring SSO.
