Departments

Learn about the department name, the primary contact user, and the number of workers and devices assigned to each department.

NOTE: DEPARTMENTS are only available for Safety Suite Plant.

  1. Go to SettingsSettings > Organization.
  2. Click on the Departments tab.

 

You can also review Organization's Profile.

Edit the Department's info

Click on the Department row. The department's content page is displayed.

  • You can change the Department's name, code, and assign it to different Sites.

  • You can also change the primary contact name and email.

  • After completing the edits, click UPDATE to save the changes.

Add a department

Create a new department by adding a Name, Code, Contact, email, Site, and number of workers.

  1. Go to SettingsSettings > Organization.
  2. Click on the Departments tab.
  3. Click +ADD and select Department.
  4. Enter the Department details, and then click SAVE.

  5. A confirmation notification will display.

Delete a department

  1. Mark the checkbox to select the department from the department list.
  2. click Delete on the blue bar.

  3. Click OK to confirm.
