Profile

The user can view and update the general information about the Company profile such as Company information, Account information, Administrator & Main contact, Billing contact, and Legal & Administrative contact.

  1. Go to SettingsSettings > Organization, and then click on the Profile tab.
  2. Click on any field to edit the information, then click UPDATE to save the information.
  • Company Information
    • Company Name
    • Alias
    • Industry segment
    • Website
    • Address
    • City, Street, Country, ZIP
  • Enable License Sharing (On-Premise only)
  • Administrator/Main contact. Only users with the GlobalAdministrator role can be assigned as the main contact.

  • Billing Contact. You can select the main contact as the billing contact or select a different user.
  • Legal/Administrative Contact. You can select the main contact as the legal/admin contact or select a different user.

Add a Key

Activate the software license by adding the provided key when requested a license.

  1. Go to SettingsSettings > Organization.
  2. Click +ADD and select Key.
